Education:

  • Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Faculty of International Relations (Master’s degree);
  • Belgorod State National Research University, Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations, Faculty of International Relations (Bachelor’s degree);
  • Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, personnel management of an international organization (professional retraining).

Labor activity:

  • Yessenov University-Leading Specialist of the International office (January 2021-July 2021);
  • Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Russian Federation (2017-2020);
  • Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013-2017).

Military service: Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev (Baku, Azerbaijan).
