Although the new message is aimed at solving economic problems, it contains important initiatives of social nature. In particular, wage increases, employment, child safety, equality in education, etc.
Particular attention should be paid to the proposal of the head of state to submit to a national referendum the issue related to the construction of a nuclear power plant, which is being actively discussed in the society. This shows that the President firmly adheres to the principles of “hearing state” and fair Kazakhstan.
