On March 5, teachers of the Faculty of Tourism and Languages, the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Tabyldieva O.D. and Arashova N.K. organized a cultural and educational event with the head of the department “Universal History” Amandykova Marina Baltabekovna on the theme “Bagzidan zhetken babalar Murasy” at the Mangystau Regional Museum of Local Lore named after A. Kekilbayevich. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the philosophy of art, we wanted to provide comprehensive information about the national traditions and cultural rituals of the Sacred Mangystau Region and the specific features of spiritual values. The program of the event:
- Acquaintance with jewelry from the life and hands of the famous Mangystau jeweler Atanshi Uteshuly;
- “The Yurt is a treasure of national values” – an introduction to the equipment of the yurt, which has become a winter and summer shelter for nomads;
- “National clothes of the Mangystau Kazakhs” – presents the features, ornaments, meaning of symbols in the national clothes of the Mangystau region.
